Economics

The Economics course at Bishops is an exciting and varied course that introduces pupils to all aspects of economics. Although the course is centred around and focuses on microeconomic and macroeconomic theory, we have adopted a multi-disciplinary approach to the study of economics.  This multi-disciplinary approach allows you to gain a better understanding of economics, commerce and the workings of the economy.  Issues and problems are seen within a broader context. Our economics course thus incorporates other academic disciplines, including:

  • Business Economics.
  • Management Sciences.
  • Commercial Law.
  • Political Science.
  • Industrial Psychology.
  • Geography.
  • Economic History.
