During Term 3 of the Grade 9 year boys make their choice of subjects for Grade 10. The Life Orientation department devotes a considerable amount of time in their course to helping boys understand the issues, and to see what options the various choices open up for tertiary study or future employment. Tutors also spend time with boys to help them. There is a presentation for parents early in the third term.
