The 15A; 2nd XI and 1st XI cricket teams have had a very busy start to the new year as per their respective participation in local, holiday-time festivals. The 15As and 1st XI played six games of cricket in the space of seven days in the annual Peninsula Cricket Festival. The 15As won four from six matches with wins against Wynberg; St Stithians; Pretoria Boys and Hilton being offset by losses to Affies and Waterkloof. The 1st XI beat Wynberg; St Stithians and Hilton whilst struggling against Pretoria-based opposition as per defeats to Pretoria Boys; Affies and Waterkloof. The 2nd XI competed in a three-day festival v their counterparts from Wynberg, Rondebosch and SACS and did well to register wins against Wynberg and SACS.
