Thursday, 10.09.2026 was a particularly big day for 1st XI Vice-Captain and SA U19 all-rounder, Michael Kruiskamp, as he achieved the (very) rare schoolboy distinction of making his professional first-class debut for the Western Province/Cobras men’s team, v the Warriors, at Newlands. To mark the occasion, further, Michael captured his first, first class wicket, that of Patrick Kruger, during the day's play.
