Physics boys visited the iThemba Labs accelerator-based research facility in Faure outside Stellenbosh, on 13 March. Lots of fun in learning about particle physics and getting career guidance from experts in the field: a nuclear physicist, a material chemist, and a data scientist anaylising collision data on the experiment.
