It is with pleasure that we send confirmation of the following U19 and U16 athletes that have earned their Western Cape Rowing colours.

U19:
Lukas Barnard

Thomas Mason 

U16:
Sebastian Cheminias

 

We would like to congratulate those rowers that were selected for the WCR crews, and we hope they will continue to make us proud. 

 

We would also like to take the opportunity to thank Bishops for the considerable contribution to WCR in the past year - especially to Chris Hale, who was the WCR Head Coach this season, Nic Muller (contracted U15 Coach) as WCR SA Schools Rowing Representative and Brad Smith as WCR IC, who took on the responsibility of identifying and guiding aspirant WCR Junior National squad members in their pursuit of National honours. Their contribution to the development of talented young rowers cannot be overstated. We are deeply grateful for their contribution to WCR rowing and to Bishops for supporting their contribution.
