Our rock band "Leave it Blank" came 3rd in the Cape Town Battle of the Bands held at the V&A Waterfront at the end of last term. They won a prize of R10 000 for the Music School and performed to 2000 audience members. They have grown into one of Cape Town's most talented up and coming bands and we thank them and Richard Brokensha, a member of our Music Department who works with them, for all their dedication and passion they have shown towards the band program. Congratulations Julian Pilkington, Oliver Frankel, Liam Chester and Edward Cruise.
